7. Who is responsible for customs and import duties?

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged/defective item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to a 5% deductible on the total consignment.

12. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Order cancellations are subject to approval and our Return Policy. Customized or special orders may not be cancellable once production has started.
